Rae Hamilton
Clinic Director
As Clinic Director — and wife of Dr. Matt Hamilton — Rae is the heart behind the scenes at Maximum Potential Chiropractic. She is passionate about creating a true “home away from home” for families, where healing and transformation happen every day.
Rae loves the unique approach of neurologically focused family chiropractic care. She cherishes the breakthrough moments — when a Perfect Storm kiddo can finally show love or say “I love you,” when someone who could barely walk takes steps with confidence, when a patient finds emotional balance and support, or when athletes get back quicker, stronger, and ready to perform at their best. These victories are what fuel her passion and remind the whole team why MPC does what it does.
Although Rae often works behind the scenes, her heart for service is what keeps the practice pushing forward — to create more impact, serve more people, and love more deeply every single day.
Outside of the office, Rae’s greatest joy is her family. She loves raising her four boys, traveling, enjoying sports, and carving out time for date nights with Dr. Matt. To her, MPC isn’t just a practice — it’s family, and it’s her mission to help every practice member experience life to its fullest potential.
Shelly Sopko
Office Manager
Hi, I’m Shelly! I’ve had the joy of serving as office manager at Maximum Potential Chiropractic for the past 17 years. Beyond the office, I’m a wife, mom of five, and grandma to four—family is truly at the center of everything I do.
Chiropractic care has changed my life personally. When my son was just three years old and struggling with an ear infection, we discovered chiropractic, and it completely transformed his health. That experience became my testimony and deepened my passion for helping others.
I love being part of a practice that helps people in ways far beyond pain relief—especially kids with sensory needs and families who want natural, lasting solutions. Every day, I get to combine my love of leading, connecting, and caring for people with my belief that chiropractic helps unlock their true potential.
Sarah Maxworthy
Chief Heart Officer
Hi, I’m Sarah, and I feel so blessed to be part of the amazing team here at MPC. My journey into chiropractic care began in an unexpected way, with a nudge from my grandma, who insisted it was the perfect fit for me. I only went to the interview to appease her—but she was absolutely right. From the moment I stepped into the office, I knew I had found something special. I discovered my purpose—and I’ve never looked back. Chiropractic has changed my life in so many ways, and now I get to help others experience that same healing and transformation every day.
Supporting our practice members on their healing and wellness journeys is one of my greatest joys. Watching people heal, grow, and thrive is an incredible honor. Some of my favorite moments come from working with our sensory kiddos—they hold a special place in my heart, and their resilience and joy inspire me constantly.
Outside of MPC, my life is full and beautiful. My husband, Tim, and I have been married since 2010, and we’re raising three amazing kids—one in college, one in middle school, and a toddler who keeps us laughing and on our toes! When I’m not in the office or spending time with my family, you can usually find me in the garden, tending to my small hobby cut-flower farm.
I believe in showing up with love, leading with compassion, and doing everything with purpose. I’m beyond thankful to be part of a place where healing happens, lives change, and people are truly cared for.
John Heighway
Patient Care CA
My chiropractic journey started as a kid with chronic ear infections. I had a friend who got tubes in his ears to help with his, but they didn’t really work. When I started getting adjusted and stopped getting ear infections, I was amazed. I couldn’t believe that traditional doctors couldn’t help my friend, but chiropractic made such a difference for me.
Getting adjusted throughout my teens also helped me recover from sports injuries, like sprained ankles and growing pains in my knees. During my sophomore year, I began experiencing daily headaches. After taking X-rays, my chiropractor found the headaches were being caused by tension from the loss of my cervical curve. We started corrective care to help restore that curve, and now it’s very rare for me to get headaches at all.
I love knowing that my body has the ability to heal itself, and that chiropractic care helps unlock that potential. It’s an incredible tool that helps the body function better, feel better, and ultimately live a happier, healthier life.
Beth Hayes
Front Desk Lead CA
Hi! My name is Beth. I was born in Seoul, South Korea, and was adopted when I was just 7 months old. I grew up in Cortland, Ohio, with my loving parents and younger brother. I graduated from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
A few years ago, I moved to Medina County with my now-fiancé, and we recently purchased our first home together (2025!). I love to travel and try new hobbies. Some of my favorite things to do include painting my nails, exploring different foods and restaurants, and spending time with friends and family. Every now and then, I also enjoy playing soccer and attempting to hit a few balls at the driving range.
I never imagined that life would lead me into the world of chiropractic—but I’m so grateful it did. I love getting to witness people’s lives change and grow into something greater than they ever thought possible. It’s incredibly fascinating and rewarding to see the miracles that happen every single day. Even the smallest changes are big wins.
I’m so thankful for the opportunities that led me to this chiropractic family, and I can’t wait for others to join us on this journey!
Paula Ouellette
Front Desk CA
Growing up as an active child playing soccer, I was introduced to chiropractic care during my high school years. Experiencing the benefits firsthand sparked a passion in me for a more holistic approach to health—and that passion has stayed with me ever since. Now, being part of a team where I get to help others through that same approach is truly a blessing.
In my downtime, you’ll often find me crocheting my way through yarn skeins, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, or dreaming up my next adventure. Whether I’m crafting cozy creations with a crochet hook in hand or stirring up something delicious, I bring a bubbly spirit and a caring heart to everything I do—always ready to brighten someone’s day with a warm stitch or a kind word.

Front Desk CA
I was born and raised in Akron, Ohio, and now reside in Medina. Starting my chiropractic care journey truly changed my life. It began after a car accident in 2015. I started treatment with a traditional chiropractor and soon after accepted a CA position there. It was during that time that God brought me my husband, relief, and a passion for health and wellness.
Even back then, my heart longed to serve—not just the patients we cared for and my team, but also our wider community. No matter where life took me, I sought to do the Lord’s work in all I did—and I still do today.
As my relationship with God deepened, I felt called to turn the page on that chapter of my life, stepping away from my CA role at the end of 2018. I gave my passion for chiropractic to God in prayer. Little did I know, He had plans to bring me back into the field—this time, in a place that embodied everything I had dreamed of, prayed for, and even annoyed my former boss about! A place where true miracles can and do happen.
In 2025, I began what I thought would be the final step in my personal wellness journey before starting a family: focusing on physical fitness. But after years of navigating four car accidents, deep inner healing, countless doctor visits, physical therapy, and life’s ups and downs, I quickly realized something was still off. My nervous system was out of alignment, and my body hurt in ways it shouldn’t—especially during workouts.
After talking with my husband, we agreed it was time for chiropractic care again. This time, it would be at the office where he had found his own healing back in 2014—Maximum Potential Chiropractic. He knew it was the place where I would receive the care I truly needed. He made my appointment, and I began my chiropractic journey again—this time, discovering an oasis of relief.
At MPC, I found a team that prioritized my care, stood beside me through my healing, and equipped me with the tools to reclaim my wellness. Once again, God extended His hand—this time with a job offer I couldn’t refuse. I stepped back into the role of CA, this time in a place that felt like an answered prayer.
Here, business is done like Jesus—by washing feet. It’s a place where my servant’s heart can thrive. A place where I can continue my own care, build a family with my husband, and serve the community I love.
I’m honored to bring encouragement, value, and a smile to every patient I meet. I look forward to witnessing miracles for you and your family, as I stand proudly—as one of your MPC family members!
Lucia Srail
My name is Lucia (pronounced LOO-shah) and as a very young teenager, I experienced chiropractic to help with a sports injury. My whole family had begun chiropractic care, and I was lucky enough to experience it and reap the benefits of it through most of my life.
In my late 20s, I was involved injured in a car accident. I was given muscle relaxers and anti-inflammatory medication to help with the pain and muscle stiffness and referred to physical therapy. But having already experienced chiropractic care, I knew I needed more than that. I went back to my chiropractor, and with their help, realized a full recovery! My whole family still uses regular chiropractic adjustments to stay healthy.
I grew up in Northeast Ohio and am so proud to be a part of Maximum Potential Chiropractic! I love that the goal of this practice in particular is to reach as many families as possible because, as I am learning, chiropractic care isn’t just for teenagers and adults! The pediatric care that we provide gives amazing results that I witness time and time again.
When I am not in our offices, you can find me singing for weddings and other occasions, baking (kolaczki, cookies and pies!) and gardening or traveling. When the weather gets colder, I look forward to skiing and snuggling up with good books!
